Delivery and Returns Policy

UK DELIVERIES

We offer free standard delivery in the UK (Royal Mail 2nd Class) for all orders over £30 in value.

Your basket contents must amount to £30 or over in value even after a discount code has been applied. Discount codes which bring an order to under £30 in total value will not qualify for free UK delivery.

Free delivery only applies to online customers. We cannot offer free shipping on wholesale orders.

All orders are shipped within 1-3 working days. Standard delivery orders are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and can be expected within 2-4 business days under usual circumstances.

We will ship high value or wholesale orders via a reputable 48 hour courier.

Customers receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order leaves Dimwicks Candle Co.

We will attempt to accommodate any urgent shipping order. Please contact us directly by telephone, email or via social media to arrange. Urgent shipping may incur extra costs.

 

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Dimwicks Candle Co. may issue Promotional codes from time to time. These can be applied any private orders, regardless of value.

Some exclusions can apply to some promotions. We cannot discount any subscription orders.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

International orders will be sent with Royal Mail on either a standard or signed for service. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the time of year. We would normally expect orders to Europe to arrive within 5 - 10 working days and the rest of the world within 10 - 20 working days.

 

Please note that international packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. Sadly Dimwicks Candle Co. has no control over these charges.

 

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We hope that you'll be thrilled with your candles when they arrive but if anything isn't right we are on hand to help. Contact us on support@Dimwicks.co.uk for assistance and we'll get back to you promptly.

 

We take every care to ensure your candles are properly protected during transit but appreciate that very occasionally damages may occur. We will replace or refund products damaged during delivery if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery. We sadly cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.

 

You are welcome to exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 30 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost on all returned items.

 

If your package arrives damaged you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us for further details.
